League Notes:

– Practice is limited to 5 shots per golfer. Most of the time our tee times are stacked and we need to make sure we stay on track with time. If you would like additional practice, you can purchase 10 minutes of range time for $5 per bay. This additional time must be scheduled with a staff member when the tee time is made

– We will award ONE Closest-to-the-Pin winner each of the 12 weeks, regardless of flight

– It is the golfer’s responsibility to make sure a staff member takes a picture of their CTP shot before the next person in the group hits. This cannot be retrieved after the next shot is taken and will be nullified without picture proof

– The Skins Challenge is optional every week and is based per flight on the Gross score per hole

– We will reevaluate handicaps within each flight after weeks 3, 6 & 9 and it is possible for golfers to swap flights with another golfer based on their current handicap. Each golfer will maintain their cumulative points

– The deadline for a golfer to complete their weekly round is by close of business Sunday night. It is the responsibility of the golfer to make special arrangements with a staffer if they cannot complete their round by Sunday night. A deduction of $25 from the golfer’s deposit will be made at the close of business Sunday of any given league week if the golfer is a “no show” and no prior arrangements to play the round were made in advance. There will be no make-up rounds without prior arrangements made.

– Weeks will be closed out Sunday night and any golfer that has not played their round or made arrangements with staff will receive a zero for the week’s round. Their opponent will be matched against a ghost score

– The Ghost golfer will receive a handicap equal to the opponent. You must beat your handicap to earn points against the Ghost player

– Weekly prize money will be paid out 1 week after the completion of a round. There are a lot of manual calculations, so I encourage all league golfers to review the scorecard for accuracy each week to make sure your calculations are correct. You will have 7 days to verify the results, after which money will be distributed and all results become final

Scorecard Legend:

– The small “s” beside a name indicates the golfers that paid for skins that given week. This can change from week to week as the skins are optional each week

– The green highlights indicate which golfer is getting a handicap stroke against their opponent on that particular hole

– The yellow highlights are the skins that were won in each flight

– The red highlights are the low net scores, per flight

– The red circles are just showing birdies and have no other significance

– The scoring is based on NET Match Play. You receive 1 point for each hole you win or ½ point if the hole is tied. The lowest NET score within your match will receive an additional 2 points. There will always be 11 points available to win per match
